Teresa Araco Rodgers Teresa founded harp-weaver LLC to offer donors a better way to add meaning and align their gifting with personal, family and financial goals. Her mission is to inspire others by helping them articulate their values and passions to be purposeful givers. Teresa began her career at SEI and in her sixteen years with the company she played various global business development and client service roles. Once Teresa uncovered her professional interests in philanthropy, she developed SEI’s Philanthropy Solutions business. Following the birth of her third child, Teresa started harp-weaver LLC and continued helping others with their philanthropy. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration, and received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation. She is an avid supporter of women’s philanthropy and hosts a dinner series called Night Out With Meaning. She is a partner in a few women’s collaborative funds, serves on multiple nonprofit boards, and is a member of Investor Circle Philadelphia. Janine Baschoff Prior to joining harp-weaver LLC in July of 2014, Janine spent time as a senior consultant for a management consulting firm that assisted organizations serving the social sector, to sustain their missions, to grow and to contribute to the community’s social and economic development. The firm was retained to engage with the Boards, Management and administrative staff of various not for profit organizations and to provide business solutions to the social sector. She worked with clients to develop and institutionalized practices including financial modeling, budgeting, financial policy and procedure development, integrated strategic and financial planning, as well as ongoing financial analysis, support and oversight. Janine established her career in the asset management and financial services arena spending fourteen years working for SEI where she provided financial and operational support for the company’s global expansion. Janine participated in review and research of M&A and JV opportunities and was a key participant in the negotiation, development and implementation of SEI’s corporate policy for expatriate and domestic relocation needs. Janine holds a BS in Marketing & Management as well as a minor in Art History from Rutgers University. She lives with her husband and 2 children in the suburbs of Philadelphia and remains active with her own personal charitable work in the Philadelphia area.
